Yasmeenah is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping overcome challenges related to self-esteem, parenting , childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and other conditions rooted in negative thought patterns. Yasmeenah sees teenagers and adults! She uses brief solutions-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) , and a faith based perspective for those in search for a therapist who understands the unique complexities that Muslims face. Yasmeenah offers clients a holistic, spiritually grounded approach to mental well-being.

Yasmeenah earned both her Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work from Albany State University and has 9 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults in the child welfare and mental health fields. She is a Licensed Masters level Social Worker (LMSW) in Georgia.

Outside of her professional work, Yasmeenah enjoys volunteerism, traveling, reading, and music, passions that enrich her life and keep her connected to the world around her.
