The fee for a therapy session at Counseling 360 varies depending on the length of the session and the type of therapy session, and if you are using  health insurance or private pay/ paying out of pocket. For those paying out of pocket by law you are allowed a good-faith estimate. Estimated fees are as followed: 

Assessments:

Substance Abuse Assessments w/ summary    $300

Substance Abuse Assessments w/ Full Report $450

Mental Health Evaluation w/ summary              $450

Mental Health Evaluation  w/ Full Report          $600

Individual Therapy Rates : 

$150-200/session for fully licensed therapists 

$80-100/session for associate licensed clinicians. 

For those with 'in-network' insurance you're required to pay the co-pay associated with your plan.  

For those 'out of network' we do not offer Superbills, but we accept private pay/cash clients. 

For those who are EAP participants, please check your employer plan guidelines for more information.

We accept all major credit cards and money orders. Additionally, health savings and flexible spending accounts may be utilized for payment of services as well.

Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks for payment.

All of our therapists at Counseling 360  hold advanced degrees in mental health fields and have extensive experience in providing therapy services to clients. 

For those who wish to support the growth and development of associate licensed clinicians, Counseling 360, LLC offers therapy at reduced rates.

The duration of therapy sessions at Counseling 360 is typically 45-60 minutes for individual therapy and 60-80 minutes for couples therapy.

The youngest client that Counseling 360 accepts is age 16. If you are seeking services for a child that is 15 or younger please contact us and we can provide trusted referrals for you.

We require at least 24 hour notice of all canceled appointments. Clients who fail to provide proper notice will pay the cancelation rate of 50% of the full service fee.

This will take you to our client portal where you can register as a new client and address self-directly to the calendar. Alternatively, in the navigation bar, you can click the client portal directly and begin your journey.
