Meet Grelier 'G' Wilkerson, LiCSW, PIP!

Grelier is a highly skilled and compassionate clinical social worker with over 19 years of experience helping women navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in life transitions, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. She is dedicated to providing the support and guidance needed for healing and growth.

With a deep understanding of childhood trauma, serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), Grelier tailors her approach to meet each client’s individual needs. She integrates Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients build resilience, process their experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

Grelier earned a dual major in Psychology and Social Work with a minor Sociology from the University of Montevallo before completing her Master of Social Work at The University of Alabama. 

Beyond her clinical work, Grelier is passionate about mentoring and supervising  associate-level clinicians as they work toward licensure, offering guidance to help shape the next generation of social workers.

Outside of therapy, she enjoys volunteering, health and fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
